Besant Nagar Evenings

Nikon D90 | Kit lens 18-105 mm

This was a long back, almost 7 years I think. I had just got the D90 and used to carry it around ALL the time. Walking at the Besant Nagar beach was our favorite thing to do, and this evening was no different. The Chennai I have known and loved cools down in the evenings and all sorts of people come out to get a whiff of fresh air. Fresh corn on the cob, random rides for the kids and fish fry at the stalls. The thought of it sends me back to a time of comfort and simplicity. This picture is of one of the many corn on the cob guys.
